The village of Malaucène is mobilizing for October Pink, dedicating the month of September to raising awareness for breast cancer screening. Various activities are planned, most of which are free.
A solidarity walk will take place on Saturday, October 10th at 2 PM. Registration is required through the association Détente et Loisirs, reachable at 07 84 60 60 12. A minimum donation of €2 will be requested for this event.
A sophrology and nutrition workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 14th at 11 AM. Registration for this workshop can be done by calling 06 61 49 96 67.
All donations collected during the events will be given to La Ligue Contre le cancer de Vaucluse (The League Against Cancer of Vaucluse). The main objective of October Pink remains raising awareness for breast cancer screening.
