The Pays d’Arles is launching the electronic participation phase for the development of its Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET), which will take place from November 1st to December 1st.

The Electronic Participation procedure is a key step in the public consultation for the Pays d’Arles PCAET. It aims to gather public feedback on the complete file, which includes the amended draft plan, opinions from the State and the environmental authority, and the PETR's (Territorial and Rural Balance Hub) response to these opinions.
This consultation period will begin on November 1st and conclude on December 1st. Following this phase, any necessary modifications will be made to the dossier before the final adoption of the climate plan, scheduled for January 1st, 2027.
The development of the PCAET falls under articles L229-26 et seq. and R 229-51 et seq. of the Environmental Code.
