The CCAS of Aubagne, in partnership with CFPPA, has launched AIDE&VOUS, a free program designed to support individuals who daily care for a loved one experiencing loss of autonomy, illness, or fragility.

Caring for a loved one can be a rewarding yet challenging experience. To ensure caregivers do not feel alone with their questions and difficulties, the CCAS of Aubagne and CFPPA have established AIDE&VOUS. This initiative leverages the network of local actors and territorial resources to offer services close to caregivers' homes, particularly in community centers.
Each month, caregivers can access various free activities and support forms tailored to their needs. These include sports, well-being sessions, psychological support, exchange and sharing times, social assistance, and training. The program also aims to facilitate referrals to the most suitable structures and resources.
If you are currently caring for a parent, spouse, child, or loved one, you are not alone. For more information or to access this support, please contact the AIDE&VOUS advisor, Chloé Leroy, by phone at 06 87 97 69 78 or by email at chloe.leroy@aubagne.fr.
