The CCI Aix-Marseille-Provence, designated as a one-stop shop by the prefecture of Bouches-du-Rhône, launches Urgence Commerce this Monday, October 19, 2026, to assist traders and entrepreneurs affected by looting and damage.

Following the violence that occurred in the region, the CCI Aix-Marseille-Provence is mobilizing to support affected businesses. Since Saturday, its teams have participated in the prefectural crisis unit and maintained contact with traders to gather information from the ground.
Starting Monday, October 19, at 9 a.m., the Urgence Commerce service will be deployed. This one-stop shop aims to inform, guide, and support affected traders.
In this initial phase, the one-stop shop offers support in several areas: securing establishments, assisting with filing complaints, facilitating procedures with banks and insurers, directing individuals to the psychological support unit set up by the Prefecture (free and confidential), mediation with insurers, reviewing situations, and guiding towards aid schemes.
It also provides support for partial activity arrangements, payment deferrals for social contributions, aid for self-employed workers, individualized tax situation reviews, treasury support with the assistance of the Banque de France, and legal support in conjunction with lawyers and chartered accountants.
“

"The protection of our traders and their livelihoods is our absolute priority."
