Intempéries à Lambesc : mobilisation des services municipaux

Mairie de Lambesc

The municipality of Lambesc was affected by intense Mediterranean storms on October 20, 2026, mobilizing technical services and municipal police to secure roadways.

The commune of Lambesc was struck by a severe Mediterranean episode, recording nearly 100 mm of precipitation. From 7 a.m., technical services and the municipal police intervened to secure traffic routes and clear roads in the affected areas.
Several damages were noted, including power outages, trees fallen on public roads, particularly on the chemin de Bidaine, and a partial road collapse on the chemin du Camp d’Eyguières, fortunately without serious consequences.
While Lambesc was relatively spared, several towns in the Pays Salonais, notably Salon-de-Provence, Saint-Chamas, Grans, and Lançon-Provence, were more heavily impacted.
The municipality extends its sincere thanks to all the teams mobilized for their responsiveness, commitment, and hard work. Thanks also to everyone for their vigilance and caution during their travels.
Given the ongoing weather conditions, it is advised to remain vigilant regarding the risks of falling branches, tiles, and objects carried by the wind. Limiting travel to what is strictly necessary is recommended, and staying informed through safety instructions, particularly on vigilance.meteofrance.fr.
Municipal services remain fully mobilized to ensure the continuity of public service and the safety of the residents of Lambesc.
