On the occasion of Taste Week, Estérel Côte d’Azur Agglomération distributed 6,000 educational booklets to primary school students across the territory, in partnership with the Jeune Chambre Économique.

This initiative, carried out as part of the Territorial Food Project and supported by Mr. Jean CAYRON, Vice-President in charge of Agriculture and the Territorial Food Project, aims to playfully educate young children on good daily food habits. The focus is on better understanding food, valuing local produce, and reducing food waste.
Activities were also organized within school canteens to complement this effort.
The goal is to instill a taste for local products and good practices for more sustainable eating from a young age.
