Thirty young Defense Cadets from the 21st Marine Infantry Regiment received their caps and badges, marking their entry into this engagement program, in Fréjus.

These strong symbols were presented during a ceremony attended by Sonia Lauvard, departmental councilor and Deputy Mayor, who praised the participants' involvement and sense of responsibility.
The Defense Cadets program, supported by the Ministry of Armed Forces and the Academy of Nice, is aimed at young people aged 14 to 16. It allows them to learn about the military world through educational, civic, sporting, and collective activities organized outside of school hours.
