The 5th Intercommunal Housing Conference was held on Wednesday, October 21st, bringing together elected officials and local stakeholders to review 2026 actions and discuss housing challenges.

The meeting, attended by Frédérique Chadel representing the Var Prefecture, and local elected officials, presented the progress of the Intercommunal Allocation Convention (CIA) and the Partnership Plan for Demand Management and Applicant Information (PPGDID), by the Agglomeration and the consulting firm Aatiko.
Discussions focused on the application of the scoring grid for affordable housing applications and responses provided to local households. The year 2026 was marked by the validation of the CIA (2024-2030) and the establishment of dedicated commissions.
The conference also addressed the revision of abnormally long delays granting the right to Opposable Housing Rights (DALO), with an intervention from the Departmental Directorate for Employment, Labor, and Solidarity.
These efforts aim to better meet residents' needs, prioritize urgent situations, and preserve social diversity, contributing to the development of the Local Housing Program (PLH) of the Sud Sainte Baume Agglomeration.
