Le Phare – Maison des Familles in Carpentras is increasing meetings with local professionals and stakeholders to strengthen its network and better guide families in the area.

To improve family support, Le Phare – Maison des Familles in Carpentras is working to understand local resources and foster cooperation among professionals. Regular meetings are organized to promote this dynamic.
In September, Patricia Bellaïche presented the services of Le Phare and the Direction de la Cohésion sociale de la CoVe to the teams at France Travail, particularly concerning early childhood services.
On October 2nd, an initial meeting brought together elected officials and technicians from 14 municipalities within the CoVe. The goal is to build a sustainable dynamic with the 25 CoVe municipalities, staying close to the realities faced by families. Aline Bourrachot, deputy director of Social Cohesion for the CoVe, emphasized the importance of this collaboration to address the specific needs of each municipality.
A network of 'Maison des Familles' referents will be established. These local contacts will be tasked with promoting the services offered, guiding families, and disseminating information about actions and workshops, while also relaying needs expressed on the ground.
On October 13th, about thirty agents from the EDES of Graville in Carpentras visited Le Phare. The meeting included a presentation of the project's origins, its missions, and initial usage statistics, just over four months after its opening. Discussions allowed for questions from professionals and identified initial collaboration avenues, respecting each entity's missions and competencies. The tour of the premises, certified Bâtiment Durable Méditerranéen (BDM), completed the encounter. Teams from the second EDES in Carpentras will be received soon.
Further exchange sessions are planned with partners who hold regular sessions or intervene at Le Phare, to encourage meetings, consultation, and experience sharing. The shared ambition is to better meet the diverse needs of families in areas such as early childhood, parenting, and access to services, by strengthening inter-agency coordination.
