By prefectural decree, the Prefect of the Var has initiated a public inquiry regarding environmental authorization and public maritime domain use concession requests for the rehabilitation project of the secondary wastewater outfalls in the town of Bandol. This project is led by the Agglomération Sud Sainte Baume.
The works include the renewal of the Ancienne Corniche outfall, the repair and extension of the Eden Roc outfall, and the dismantling of the Renecros outfall. The primary objective is to secure the bathing water quality in Bandol.
A paper file and a public inquiry register are available from September 28 to Wednesday, October 28 at the Espace Paul Ricard – Mairie Annexe de Bandol. The file remains accessible throughout the inquiry period.
The public can submit their observations and proposals on-site at 11 Rue des écoles 83150 Bandol, on Mondays, September 28 and October 6, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and on Mondays, October 19 and Wednesdays, October 28, from 2 PM to 5 PM.
